What are my options?
- You have two options: the Indoor Lounge Package and the Indoor and Outdoor Lounge Package. Each package has different features and pricing.
Can I switch to a different plan?
- Yes, you can switch to a different plan. If you initially booked the Indoor Lounge Package, you can upgrade to the Indoor and Outdoor Lounge Package to access additional features. Please note that the pricing will be different for each plan.
Do you issue refunds?
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, and it is non-refundable. Therefore, if you decide to cancel your reservation, the deposit is not refundable. It’s important to consider this before making a booking.
Are cigars included in the package price, or do I need to purchase them separately?
Cigars are not included in the package price. However, the lounge provides access to a fully stocked humidor featuring 40+ cigars and 20+ brands available for purchase. You can select and purchase cigars of your choice during your visit.
How many guests can the Indoor and Outdoor Lounge Package accommodate?
- The Indoor and Outdoor Lounge Package can accommodate seating for up to 8 guests at a time. This package offers additional seating compared to the Indoor Lounge Package, providing a comfortable space for a slightly larger group.
